PARKING ON THE GRASS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FINES WILL BE ASSESSED TO ANY OWNER WHOSE SELF OR TENANT IS CITED FOR PARKING ON THE GRASS. FINES START AT $500 FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE.
GRILLS MUST BE 10' AWAY FROM DWELLING AREAS. REGARDLESS OF TYPE, IF YOUR GRILL IS CLOSE THAN 10' YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES.

Unit Owners are responsible for informing their tenants. Notices and/or fines are assessed to the owner's accounts for any violations their tenants are cited for. Fines are passed to tenants at owner's discretion. The Association does not assess any violations or communications to tenants directly.
Dumpster door MUST be closed at all times. Make sure you are not placing any hazardous or bulk materials inside or near the dumpster. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES ARE A VIOLATION OF THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND MAY CAUSE SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUES. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN A MONETARY PENALTY.
